Here is another version/edit I did to get you start the week. I'm really happy with the string arrangements for added drama. I'm starting to feel much  more confident with this side of production! Enjoy...

Here a Disco break to get you through the weekend with all the craziness in the world. This  is a remix I've always wanted to make of the epic disco classic "Space Bass" by Slick. I was inspired by Dan Shake's "To The Love" where he used a similar loop from Space Bass and added some  "Love Thang" by First Choice.  So I though it would be cool to a similar angle  using their "Let No Man Put Asunder" and of course I ended up with a 15 min long remix keeping the madness of the originals. It's My Life (Glamjack's Edit)

As I promised here is an edit of this dance floor classic by Talk Talk. When this song was released,  it was an environmental anthem in regards to saving animals. Now it seems poignant to rehash this song  with all the catastrophic natural disasters we have been facing.  This  beautiful song has gotten me through all the craziness that's happening lately. Mother Earth is furious and she is feeling exhausted. My heart goes out to every one who has been affected and rest in power all the lives lost!

It's My Life

How incredible was to hear this song on a proper sound system yesterday at Output for 718 Session with Danny Krivit on duty serving a whole lot of proper classics for what it  was one of the best Sessions in a long time.  There was also some interesting and refreshing mixing which I haven't heard in a while. Thank you Danny for bring it back Brooklyn style! The sound system was amazing. I have to say hands down Output has the best sound system in the city along with Analog. It was a special evening with and amazing amount of crowd, great energy, and great air.  I lost myself in a good way on the dance floor and someone approached me and said it's just like the Mudd Club and I just played along. Cheers to being alive and still enjoying a good night of clubbing! I'm thinking of remixing this one...coming soon! Enjoy

I'm turning 50 tomorrow! It is a blessing to have another birthday! I don't normally do selfies so here I go  and this is best angle at this point. Thank you and of course the music for making my life so magical during good and bad times. I was feeling a bit nostalgic and wanted to make a remix of Spanish song so I made a remix of "Dos Gardenias" a classic bolero written in 1945 by Cuban composer and pianist Isolina Carrillo. This version was interpreted by Angel Canales in 1979.  The loop is from "Love You Can't Deny", a late '90s hard pounding house track from Ultra Nate! This is bolero house for your listening pleasure. Enjoy!
